Patrick is a 15+ years experienced innovation leader, with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry, and strong appetence for compliance (regulatory, Fair Market Value etc.). Skilled in Medical Devices, Health Data Management, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, and Research and Development (R&D).
Patrick is co-founder and CTO of Respond Health, emerged from the merging of/partnership between /association between Santé Value and MyOwnMed. Prior to that, he was co-founder and CTO of Santé Value where he focused at placing the individual at the center of the health data sharing process, ensuring direct incentivization in the context of Real World Evidence studies and Clinical trial.
Prior to that Patrick drove to the creation of research/innovation hubs for Philips, in partnership with hospitals, academic center and related eco-systems across Europe. He contributed to clinical research in various domains such as in cardiology and oncology and the use of imaging and data to better/faster diagnose related diseases.
Patrick obtained a PhD in computer science & applied math from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and contributed to the scientific advances at the intersection of machine learning and image processing. His work was published in highly selective international conferences.
